Health & Wellbeing
6. Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If this applies, contact me at the earliest opportunity to discuss rescheduling.
7. Please do not attend your appointment if you have consumed excessive alcohol or taken recreational drugs, as this may cause adverse reactions with essential oils and/or treatment.
8. For your comfort and safety, please allow one week either side of any vaccination before attending your appointment.
Treatment-Specific Guidance
9. Reflexology appointments:
If you have athlete’s foot, please ensure this has been treated and cleared prior to your appointment. Any verrucae or fungal nail conditions should be treated and covered before treatment. Reflexology can be carried out on the hands if treatment of the feet is not appropriate.
10, Aromatherapy / Massage appointments:
Please avoid using lotions, oils, or perfumes prior to your appointment to prevent reactions with essential or carrier oils. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
Arriving Late
11. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. Full treatment fees still apply.
Right to Refuse Treatment
12. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
