What is it?
Indian Head Massage uses a variety of relaxing and stimulating massage movements combined with pressure target points. The massage focuses on stressed areas of the upper body covering the shoulders, upper back and arms, neck, face and scalp. The entire body is treated because the mind, body and spirit feel a much deeper state of relaxation. Energy centres known as chakras are balanced and inner healing is encouraged. Indian Head massage is a great introduction to massage and can be given fully clothed. If you prefer, this massage can be done by using a richly nourishing coconut butter to help condition the skin and hair encouraging healthy hair growth. Should you be heading back to work or off out on an important date then oils can be omitted if you prefer.

Face and scalp massage can be carried out lying on a couch if you prefer this towards the end of your treatment. The deeply healing sound of a singing bowl and chakra misting spray is used in this treatment to help encourage a deeper healing within the mind, body and spirit. The treatment lasts for 1 hour.
